Family ticket
- two adults accompanying minors pay the full ticket for two adults (€ 6,00 Museum, € 4,00 Apponale Tower);
- one adult accompanying minors pays the full ticket for one adult (€ 3,00 Museum, € 2,00 Apponale Tower).
Group ticket for groups of 15 people or more € 2,00 (per person).
Free ticket (Museum and Apponale Tower) for:
- children under 15;
- school parties with teachers;
- tourist guides and interpreters as part of their professional duties;
- disabled citizens and their accompaniers (not applicable for Apponale Tower);
- Journalists (on presentation of ID - not applicable for Apponale Tower);
- Members of the police (on presentation of ID - not applicable for Apponale Tower).

In June, July, August and September opened everyday.
Christmas opening hours:
from 27th to 30th Dicember and from 2nd to 6th January opened from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
On 31st Dicember 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
