'Tennis. Homage to Albertina Eghenter' is an autobiographical and emotional reference linked to the artist’s mother’s sporting past; a work in which the rules of sport are translated into the language of art. By reducing the width of the net of a clay tennis court and maintaining the traditional rules of the game, a structural variable of one of the playing perimeters is modified, thus conditioning and redrawing a new layout: a new setting in which to reconstruct the relational element.
